Alan Sapède

I'm self-driven, motivating and competitive. I like to understand and build long-term strategy, to mobilize others for common projects and to achieve goals together. I consider Organization and Motivation to be the most powerful aspect of a team work.

I have good communication skills and can adapt to a different range of people, cultures and languages. I listen to my customer and my colleagues to ensure we share a common vision and I spread with enthusiasm the ideas I consider worthwhile.

I'm passionate about new technologies that I follow regularly. They inspire me to design innovating solutions and to improve my techniques. I also like to find the right tools for my work and to focus on getting things done.

I'm energetic and practice all kind of sports, from soccer to fencing, including hiking, tennis, wind-surfing etc. I enjoy to challenge myself and to share activities with others.

During university, I was a Rock dance teacher, as well as a fervent Tango student. I like dancing for its beauty, its dynamic but also for its sense of freedom.

The music is another of my passions. I play piano and guitar during my free time and often go listening to the street bands I meet during my travels.
